"When I was at home in Randers at Christmas and met up with my old friends, I felt that this was where I belonged," Lars Ulriksen says. Thus began the hunt for a home in Randers and the surrounding areas.
Lars Ulriksen was educated in computer science in Lyngby, but when his employer asked him to lead a department of a new branch in Aarhus, he took up the challenge and started looking for accommodation in East Jutland.
"I soon discovered that for a little more money than I would give for a house, I could buy a plot of land and build a house myself," explains Lars Ulriksen. Lars chose a plot of land in a subdivision in Romalt because of its location.
"The area is scenic with shopping nearby and yet close to the center of Randers and the services that the city has," says Lars, looking forward to the sounds of construction starting.
"I believe that new building areas will have a predominance of young people like us. We look forward to the social community with other families with children in the area," says Lars Ulriksen, who along with his girlfriend hopes to increase the number of family members in the foreseeable future.
