About Moving to Denmark and Randers

Moving to a new country is exciting, a little scary, and can seem a bit overwhelming at times. Finding the information you need to get settled in is one of the key parts of any move. In this section, we try and cover some of the basic things, so that your relocation and resettlement goes as smoothly as possible.

Both here in this section, and elsewhere within the Work and Live in Randers site you can find all manner of information regarding ways to make yourself at home in Randers. You are always welcome, as well, to contact someone at Citizen Service (Borgerservice) via telephone or e-mail, or by visiting them at the Borgerservice offices. To the right you will also find links to yet more information that may be useful for you in making the decision to move to Randers, and Denmark.

When you are new in the municipality, there are many different things that need to be coordinated, organized, and otherwise figured out. If you are considering or have already moved to Randers Kommune, within these pages are some answers to your various questions regarding relocation, including information on changing your address, finding housing, and changing your doctor.

As a new citizen in Randers Kommune, we strive to ensure that you are guided well both during, and after, your move. Welcome to Randers Kommune!
